Stir-Fried Beef with Green Beans

My second favorite is Stir-fried Beef with Green Beans (1 serving for 5LBS / 2.3KGS)

Ingredients

* 1/2 tsp vegetable oil
* 3 tbsp cubed beef
* Pinch minced garlic
* 1 tbsp green beans
* 1 tsp green peas
* 1 tsp chopped spinach
* 2 tbsp cooked brown rice

Methods

1. In a wok or small nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
2. Add beef, garlic. Cook, stir, until beef is no longer pink inside.
3. Add green beans, peas, spinach.
4. Cook, stirring frequently, for 4 minutes or until vegetables are soft. Transfer to the serving bowl.
5. Add rice. Let cool until just warm to the touch. Serve immediately.

Doggy Style Salad


In many occasions, dog lovers talked with me about my 18 year old dog. The questions they usually asked were what did he eat and how did you take care of him? My answer to that was he had the best
Dog Food and nutrition.

Dog lovers always recognize the pet as family member. They take care of the dog so well that they want the dog to be healthiest …. and have longest life. Therefore, they gave the best food for their doggy.


One of my favorite is the Doggy Style Salad

Ingredients
  • 1 lettuce
  • Few green peas
  • 1/3 Carrot (shredded)
  • Some baby carrots
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 2 drops lemon juice
  • 8 blueberries
  • 2 drops vegetable oil
  • 5 cherry tomatoes
  • Some grated parmesan cheese


Methods
1. Wash all the fruits and vegetables
2. Slice cucumber. Cut blueberries and cherry tomatoes into halves
3. Line big bowl with lettuce leaves. Chop the rest of the lettuce
4. Add the rest fruits and vegetables as well as chopped lettuce.
5. Add lemon juice and vegetable oil, mix the ingredients well.
6. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese

Cheese, blueberries, orange and yellow vegetables such as carrots, lettuce, tomatoes, lettuce, peas that is the source of protein, calcium, vitamin A , C, E, B2 and other minerals. They are important in the maintenance of skin, vision and mucous membranes, assets in growth, including bone and tooth formation, improves immunity.


Tip
Try combining different vegetables and fruits, especially those that are in season. Remember, vegetables and fruits must be either pureed or cooked so your dog can digest them properly. A good rule is that if the food needs to be cooked for human consumption – corn, for example – it should be cooked for your dog.
